Ok so Day 10 and I already feel like a fail.
I’m like a third of the way in and I did not complete the list. I did 15 of each thing because i felt that was what my body could take.
Kinda upset with myself. Gonna do double tomorrow or probably ‘pimp out’ the list a bit.
I will definitely work out everyday for the month but I just might do a ‘remix’.
